PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR EBOOKS AND BOOKS
1.	Online Credit Card Payments : Purple Parrot Publications process Mastercard and Visa Card via our secure online Shopping Cart. Purple Parrot Publications ensures the security of your details and online processing transactions. Click on theCredit Card Shopping Cart icon option. This is also available through Paypal without joining.
2.	Paypal: Select the Paypal button and follow the simple process of payment. This method is available for printed books and the immediate download of ebooks.
3.	Telephone Payment: If you prefer to order by telephone, please contact Purple Parrot Publications direct on 03 5473 4473. Business hours 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday (EST). Please have your credit card details on hand.
4.	Fax payment: Click the 'Order Form' button. Print out and fill in the Order Form and fax to 03 5473 4460
5.	Personal cheque/ bank cheque or money order: Click the 'Order Form' button. Print out and fill in the Order Form and mail to Purple Parrot Publicatons with your payment option. Cheques are payable to Purple Parrot Publications., P.O. Box 110 Campbells Creek 3451, Victoria, Australia. We will email or post your order on receipt of your cheque/money order and clearance of your cheque.


	Shipping and delivery The ebooks are delivered instantly via Paypal payment or within several hours via telephone or fax payments depending on office opening hours. Books (not ebooks) are shipped within 3 - 10 working days of receiving your order. If any delays occur Purple Parrot Publications will contact you either by email or telephone, (please ensure your phone number is on your order form). If you order online you will receive an immediate email acknowledgement of your order. Ebooks are delivery electronically via the email address you provide either online or by the Order Form Postal Charges Books have free delivery within Australia for 1 book, please contact Purple Parrot Publications for delivery charges outside Australia.
